Yes. Your privacy is very important to us. Conversations with our staff and volunteers are kept confidential so you can feel comfortable asking questions and discussing your situation openly.

Appointments are recommended so we can make sure someone is available to meet with you, but we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins whenever possible.

Your visit is simply a conversation. You’ll have time to ask questions, receive information, and discuss your situation with someone who cares. If you are coming for a pregnancy test, you will also receive a free self-administered pregnancy test.

No. Our goal is to provide accurate information, answer your questions, and support you as you consider your next steps. Your decisions are always your own.

As You Are does not perform or refer for abortion services. However, we believe it is important for you to receive accurate medical information and compassionate support as you consider your options.

Yes. You are welcome to bring someone you trust to your appointment if that makes you feel more comfortable.

You are still welcome here. Many people come to As You Are for relationship mentoring, parenting support, or simply someone to talk with about life’s challenges.

As You Are is not a medical facility. However, we provide pregnancy testing and can connect you with medical providers if additional care is needed.

No. You do not need insurance to receive services at As You Are Life & Relationships Center.

All of our services are provided free of charge, and no insurance is required. Our programs are made possible through the generosity of donors and community partners who want to support individuals and families in our community.
